Diplomates can now sign into their online profile to update their contact information, licensure, and board certification information, and attest to meeting their CME requirements. Online CME attestation must be completed by December 2, 2019, by all UCNS diplomates wishing to continue certification. Even if no CME requirements are due for your certification year, please attest to confirm your participation. The UCNS website works best using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
All diplomates were emailed a newly assigned temporary username and password in October 2019 to begin the initial “Sign In” to the new UCNS website to update profile information and submit their CME attestation. The notification was sent to each diplomate’s email address that is currently on file. Any previous login credentials for the former version of the UCNS website will no longer work. Once the initial account setup on the new website is complete, diplomates may log into www.ucns.org at any time to update or view their information as needed and update their user credentials as described below. Checked your email and can’t find the new username and password? Email email@example.com to request your new temporary username and password.
