Reinstatement of Lapsed Certification
UCNS diplomates who let their certification lapse between 2016-2018 must take and pass the initial certification examination in order to reinstate their certification.
Diplomates who do not meet the C-cert requirements for two consecutive years must take and pass the initial certification examination in order to reinstate their certification.
