Neuroimaging Accreditation

The accreditation application deadlines are as follows: July 1, 2008 for Fall 2008 review and accreditation for the 2009 academic year, and December 31, 2008, for Spring 2009 review and accreditation for the 2009 academic year. The Program Information Form (PIF) and Appendices may be downloaded, completed off-line, and then emailed to UCNS care of applications@ucns.org.
