Councils

The UCNS consists of councils to work with the Board of Directors in carrying out the business of the UCNS. The three councils of the UCNS are the Coordinating Council, the Accreditation Council, and the Certification Council. Members of the Coordinating Council are appointed by the UCNS Chair in consultation with the UCNS Board. Members of the Accreditation Council and Certification Council are appointed by the UCNS Chair in consultation with the UCNS Board from recommendations by the parent organizations. The councils report to the Board of Directors.
